about

This is Part #1 of the Green Corridor 12" Series on Altin Village & Mine. There will four 12" (with Xiu Xiu, Chad Van Gaalen, Shooting Spires, Dd.Mm.Yyyy, etc.) that hold an artwork which, if connected, results in a 24" x 24" picture. The Oneida side is 2 tracks of ambience and drone. That is until the 2nd track builds up into a more tribal primal Liars-y sounding weird thing. Pterodactyl, immediately the vocal melodies are what you notice. All buttery and in harmony. The music is a blend of scratchy lo fi indie, fuzzy feedback, weird noises, psychedelia and experimental rock. All of that smothered in these tasty vocal harmonies.
